Economic Interest Grouping (AIE) "Paterna Innova 5"

The Paterna Economic Interest Grouping (AIE) "Paterna Innova 5" was set up on 21 November 2008.

It is the first multi-sector organisation in Spain and will combine the efforts of nearly a thousand companies in the industrial estates of Fuente del Jarro/, L'Andana, the Technology Park, Táctica and the University of Valencia Science Park.

The AIE's objective is to combine forces and generate synergy to increase competitiveness for companies basing themselves in Paterna. The AIE can also act as mediator for its associates with any Administration or organisation in order to apply for grants and project funding. Creating a brand image, setting up a purchasing centre to obtain more competitive prices for its members, creating sector export consortia, enabling cooperation between organisations such as the Valencia Chamber of Commerce, the Valencian Export Institute (IVEX) and trade fair institutions, and holding a local multisector trade fair, are just some of the options available to the new Economic Interest Grouping.
