Energy Efficiency Project

The PCUV, together with one of the Science Park-based firms, FINERGETIC and the University of Valencia Electronics Department, is developing an energy efficiency project within the Science Park itself with a view to reducing annual energy consumption by between 10% and 15%. This is both an environmental and an economic initiative.

The project is based on a previous monitoring exercise that will provide the necessary data on consumption, equipment, etc. A series of measures will then be recommended for improving and reducing energy consumption. The final stage of the project consists in a study of energy consumption after the recommended measures have been put in place.
