THE FUTURE OF FOOD PACKAGING

Coming from renewable sources, biopolymers are presented as an alternative to recycling and have a different future than food packaging. Why, then, do not replace the plastic packaging for other alternatives from natural sources?
This and other questions will be discussed with the researchers of the Institut d'Agroquímica i Tecnologia dels Aliments Amparo López Rubio i Rafael Gavara. You will see them in e-XPOCIÈNCIA.
