All companies need to evolve and adapt to a changing market. To do this, we have new agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean IT, Kanban, ...) and tools such as Design Thinking. However, although it seems easy in theory to implement them in the organization, it is still difficult to prioritize people before the processes. These are some of the reflections that will be addressed in the conference organized by Mobiliza Academy, a company installed in the University of Valencia Science Park, and the Technological Institute of Information (ITI) of the Polytechnic City of Innovation.

A product that is born solving a real problem and adding value to people is a product with a high probability of success. How could we detect those needs? Listening to the client goes beyond reading the suggestion box. We need to empathize with them, to know their real problems and to devise new solutions that facilitate their daily life. Add real value to people with products that may not have been sued but, once they are known, can not live without them.

Companies with an excellent human resources policy include clear goals and shared tasks that are executed by efficient employees resulting in business excellence. A high performance team is one that achieves a high level of results with high satisfaction and motivation of its members. This is achieved by treating employees well, therefore, they will treat clients well. And, finally, if customers are treated well, they will return and shareholders will be satisfied.
