PCUV Events

The business area of ​​the Science Park grows. Now it also has a Seedbed of Companies in the campus of Tarongers of the University of Valencia. Several emerging companies have set up in this coworking space, many of them selected by VLC/STARTUP, the program to boost entrepreneurship of the FPCUV.

As a guest speaker we will have the entrepreneur José Miguel Rosell, General Managing Partner of S2 Grupo. This company is currently a benchmark nationwide in cybersecurity and cyber intelligence. Among other lines of work, it has developed the only national cyber defense tools.

Rosell is also a member of the cátedra de Cultura Empresarial of the University of Valencia, where he is promoting, together with the director of the Chair, Encarna Mazón, a mentoring program. This initiative has been joined by businessmen and senior managers, such as Josep Vicent Mascarell, director of CSR and Innovation in Baleària; Francisco Javier Quiles, director of External Relations of CONSUM; Jaime Matas, territorial director of Banc Sabadell; Vicente Ruiz, president of RNB Cosméticos; and Luis Saurat, general director of the IVI, among others. The purpose of the program is to bring together, through participatory sessions with entrepreneurs, the experience and knowledge of mentors to solve problems arising from business management.
