What is the FPCUV

The University of Valencia Science Park Foundation of the Valencian Community (FPCUV) is a non-profit foundation of general interest, under the tutelage of the Protectorate exercised by the Generalitat Valenciana, classified as a foundation for the promotion of the economy.

Created on March 9, 2009 by the University of Valencia, with the participation, as founding trustees, of Banco Santander, the Bancaja Foundation, the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Valencia and the Valencian Business Confederation, the FPCUV has a public nature, its own legal personality and full legal capacity to act, in accordance with the rules by which it is governed.

Mission

Its main task is to manage the Business Area of the University of Valencia Science Park, in accordance with the lines of action set at all times by the University of Valencia and the other members of the Board of Trustees, being an instrument of the academic institution for the improvement of scientific capacity and its relationship with the business world.

Vision

The FPCUV provides high added value services to companies to improve their competitiveness through innovation and internationalization. To this end, it develops a series of activities aimed at the innovation ecosystem that make up the research institutes and innovative companies located in the Science Park.

The FPCUV aims to establish lines of collaboration with companies, entities and public and private organizations, through agreements and conventions, which provide companies in the Science Park with preferential conditions for access to services and products related to their business activity.
