OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this workshop, which has the support of the Conselleria d'Innovació, Universitats, Ciència i Universitat, is to analyze the flow of the main commercial, customs and transport documents used in foreign trade operations will be analyzed.

PROGRAM
 I.    Exports of goods and exports of services Documents of a commercial nature

II.    Logistics and International Transport. Main documents: Maritime B/L, Air AWB, Land CRM and Rail CIM

III.   Customs regime. Harmonized system and tariff headings. Preferential agreements of the EU 

IV.   International Taxation. VAT on exports, imports and intra-community operations. Other import taxes.

 V.   Means of collection and payment: documentary credit

SPEAKER
Julio Perete, CEO of Consortia Consultores

Degree in Law from the University of Valencia, Master's degree in International Trade Management, Master's degree in Taxation-Tax Consultancy, Master's degree in Taxation and International Taxation and Master's degree in Project Management and Business Consultancy. It also has courses in International Law and International Taxation in various European universities. At a professional level, he has worked as a lawyer, legal and tax advisor for companies, focusing on the international field and as a Foreign Trade technician for the Valencia Chamber of Commerce.
