The day will allow to know first-hand the perspective of gender and statistics related to the requests of European projects of our university and at European level.
It focuses on the motivation of the youngest students to encourage women to promote professionally in the research career at a regional, state and European level, in order to correct the imbalances of equality that are observed in the highest scales of the research career.
